The instrument can be configured with up to 8 temperature control channels, featuring thermocouple or thermoresistance sensors for input. It supports external SSR solid-state or mechanical relay control for voltage output, enabling up to eight independent channels. Each channel can have different sensor inputs. If thermocouples are used, all 2,4,8 channels must employ thermocouples, which can be E/J/K types or a combination thereof, with automatic cold junction compensation. For thermoresistance PT100 sensors, all 2,4,8 channels must use PT100. This instrument can be used independently or connected with touchscreens, computers, or programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
The components in the circuit design of this product significantly enhance anti-interference performance while reducing temperature drift. This ensures thorough handling of mutual interference among N-channel pathways, achieving multi-channel measurement accuracy on par with single-channel instrument precision.
This instrument can use DC24V as the power supply voltage, which is convenient for users to use switch power supply. At the same time, AC220V can also be customized as the power supply voltage.
The shell adopts a guide rail installation method, which is convenient for customers to install and disassemble.
